What You’ll Bring
- High school diploma
- At least 3 years of experience providing superior customer service to clients, customers, or members
- Experience interpreting and delivering complex information in an understandable and compelling manner
- Strong attention to detail with excellent active listening and communication skills
- Ability to quickly learn, understand and then accurately communicate new information to others
- Ability to connect to OPERS systems remotely via DAL or Cable Modem with minimum of 10mbps download and 10mbps upload speeds (check yours at www.speedcheck.org)
